Addis Ālam Māryām Church: HMML Repository
Addis Ālam Māryām Church
Addis Ālam, located approximately 40km west of Addis Ababa, was founded by Menilek II at the beginning of the 20th century. The emperor also richly endowed the town's church dedicated to Mary, from which the EMML microfilmed 62 manuscripts. Later, the Ethiopic Manuscript Imaging Project (EMIP) digitized additional manuscripts at the church.
