In the 1980s, HMML microfilmed about 700 manuscripts at five libraries in Great Britain: Durham Cathedral, Durham University, Ushaw College, Syon Abbey (now housed at Exeter University), and St. Hugh’s Charterhouse. These are collections rich with medieval manuscripts, the earliest dating to the 8th century.
In 2023, HMML began the digitization of the Museum of the Order of St. John in London, a large collection or art, printed works, manuscripts collected by the Most Venerable Order of St. John during the 19th and 20th century.
